Un-Registered User – View Data Only
Any user can search the E-commerce Web site and view data. Only the first page and index can be viewed, with a watermark. If a user would like to print an image, they must register an account and pay via credit card for copies of the image (See Registered User, below).
Registered User – Small Volume / Infrequent User
A Registered User can purchase and view all data and purchase images @ $2.00 a page via a credit card. They have the ability to also view/search their account history and edit their account. Images at this Level are available without a watermark. Users must login to print.
Subscribers – Large Volume / Frequent User
A Registered User can become a Subscriber by paying a $125.00 monthly subscription fee. The subscription allows Registered Users to only pay $1.00 per page. Images at this Level are available without a watermark. A Subscriber determined to be “data-mining” for the purchase of resale is subject to having their subscription cancelled immediately with possible legal repercussions. A Registered User can create a draw down account and pay with the account instead of paying with a credit card. Users must login to print.
Reserve the Right to Alter, Amend or Change
Jefferson County, Alabama and Jefferson County Probate Court reserve the right to alter, amend or change the terms and conditions of the Levels at any time.
